Emergency garage door repair

A garage door that won't open traps your car; one that won't close leaves your home open. We dispatch a licensed technician immediately — day, night, weekends and holidays — with the parts on the truck to fix the most common failures on the first visit.

Questions

Is it safe to use the door with a broken spring?

No. Don't try to lift it or run the opener — a broken spring puts the full weight of the door (150–400 lb) on the opener and cables. Disconnect the opener and wait for the technician.

Do you replace one spring or both?

On a two-spring door we recommend replacing both. They were installed together and have the same number of cycles on them; the second one usually fails within months. You choose — both options are in the price book.

Is the diagnostic fee really waived?

Yes. If you proceed with a repair during the same visit, the $89 diagnostic is deducted from the price. You only pay it if you decline the work.
